While recently dining at a nice restaurant, we discovered a “secret sauce” that blew everyone at the table away. It was new to us, but apparently the restaurant industry has been using it for years. The consistency is less creamy, and more like what you would expect from a garlic paste. The flavor is outstanding! Our waiter turned us on to this well-guarded secret and where we could find it. Meet Atomic, the outstanding horseradish and it’s story:

You can’t discount the advantage of having a great horseradish sauce in your back pocket, especially as we approach the month of March and have all that corned beef to look forward to!
