I sure hope so, because a very worthy friend of mine is getting Cath Kidston for her birthday! On a special “mother-daughter-granddaughter” trip to London this past October, we discovered this heavenly British shop with the tagline “Inspired by growing up in the British countryside and a love of vintage prints.”
I was tempted to indulge EVERY time I saw something from this brand in the window, but with our busy travel schedule never seemed to have the chance to stop and shop there. Until…we reached the airport. There in all it’s British glory was a beautiful Cath Kidston Shop – Duty Free! I’m sorry to say, I let the floodgates open and stepped out with these adorable treasures, including the Billie Timer pictured above.
In all honesty, it really could have been worse had I had more time. Luckily, one great benefit of doing your shopping at the airport is the boarding call. Yep, saved by the bell!
Now that I’m back in the USA, I decided to search for my new shopping crush and found my good friend Cath Kidston online. Thanks to the internet, she can ship her treats to anyone in the world, which now has me eyeing these pretty awesome sneakers:
Buckingham Palace is a beauty, don’t get me wrong, but aren’t these royal guard pajamas just to die for!? They didn’t have our little man’s size in stock that day, but we fell in love with the look of these pjs for handsome boys.
Excuse me, but I probably need to step away to do something more productive now than dream about tiny treasures to spoil myself with, but seriously… Billie Egg Cup, you’re calling my name. 🙂
